What kind of support does the Help Team provide?

Our first concern is always spiritual. As pastors and parochial school teachers, we always consider the spiritual effects of a crisis first. But we also recognize that many difficult issues come up when a pastor or teacher leaves the ministry. In many cases, emotional trauma is not an overstatement. Family relationships can become seriously frayed. Beyond that there are serious financial and employment questions that immediate arise. How will God provide for a family once the income from the ministry is gone? What are we going to do for the rest of our lives? These are issues we explore. Our goal is to help you find an answer.
